On January 27, 2026, I published my first podcast episode. It's been a labor of love, but make no mistake, it's been a big task. I have learned so many new skills including editing, creating digital music, and podcast SEO marketing to name a few. The point of the podcast is for everyone to learn more about Mama Africa, the seat of humanity. So far I've discussed the podcast and what we'll be covering in Episode 01: Let's Get Acquainted. In Episode 02, I discussed how Africa was divided up and conquered during The Berlin Conference of 1884. I added a Bonus Episode to discuss the start of the Transatlantic Slave Trade after Episode 02.

Today, I released Episode 03: A is For Algeria, our first deep dive into Africa's largest nation. Algeria has a rich and beautiful culture, but to some it may feel toxic-it's really all about perspective. The point of the podcast is to introduce new places and ideas to the world to broaden our horizon. I'm grateful to begin with the Amazigh people and to get a look into the many layers of Algerian life. We're going to have fun learning together and deepening our African knowledge.

You can listen to the podcast on Apple podcasts, Spotify, iHeartradio, and Overcast. I have also added links to the podcast on the website, it's through Buzzsprout, so you may have to make an account...I know, I know...another one! But it will be worth it this time.

I invite you to give Africa A to Z a listen, and email me with your feedback. I'm looking forward to growing with you as we learn about The Continent and all that she has given to the world.
